[open-science] Universities Allied for Medicines - public funding and policy requirements

While people are thinking about policies for public funders, it might be timely to look at the Universities Allied for Medicines call for technology transfer arrangements to ensure that pharmaceuticals benefit the developing world:

I would argue that public funding for pharmaceutical research should benefit people at home, too.
