Subject: [BOAI]  last call for a terminology suggestion

In the February issue of SOAN, I called for reader help in coming up with a short, sweet term for author-side openness, for example, the openness of wikis to user edits.  If "open access" is openness to readers and other users, human and machine, what's a good analogous term for openness to authors?

This is a last call for suggestions before I start to write up the results for the March issue of SOAN.  Send me your ideas at peter [dot] suber [at] gmail [dot] com.  I'll assume that I may name and quote you unless you tell me that I shouldn't.

     Thanks,

     Peter
