Yes - I think it should include something about OKF.

If that is fixed, then I think we should go for an Open Bibliography of Open
Science. This to be achieved by layering all CC-BY Open papers including
hybrid by systematically searching the publishers' sites. I don't like
hybrids but they are (or should be) fully OKD-compliant.

This is not too difficult to achieve. We already crawl publishers for data
and re-extracting biblio metadata shouldn't be too hard.

I'll mail my ideas here and copy to my blog
