[open-science] Ideas...Call for proposals for the Euroscience Open Forum 2012.

Right now we're not planning anything formal for ESOF 2012 (remember 
that SC doesn't exist any more, it's all just CC...) but I'm committed 
to a few panel proposals so far and hopefully one will get through and 
onto the program. Happy to have an informal meet up or join in something 
that gets organized...
