[open-science] Ideas...Call for proposals for the Euroscience Open Forum 2012.

It's a good idea. I would likely not add any extra day to my trip if I 
were to go (I have a new remix - my 3 month old son - and am traveling a 
*lot* less!) but CC would have some people in Europe that could participate.
