Hi Jack,
I had a look on http://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/notebookjs.me and it
seems that DNS is fine around the globe.
You can also get to it via the heroku url:
http://floating-fire-3719.herokuapp.com/
If you try that and it doesn't work, it's definitely not DNS. In
which case, which browser are you using?
