[open-science] Weekly Citizen Science Meeting

I think there is a real opportunity for crowdsourcing the metadata for
scholarship (see #scholrev) and then for content mining. We have to make
the use of our tools lightweight even if the tools themselves are heavy. I
suspect there is a need for simple webservices here. But it can wait a week
or two
