[open-science] open project around WikiData

Hi all,

Daniel Mietchen started the idea and implementation of the openly
writing of a grant proposal, around WikiData for Research:

The idea here is to use WikiData to capture key scientific things into
this machine readable, CCZero database, to support research and enable
new linking of data sets using its Linked Data approach.

The life sciences seems to be well covered, but other fields of
science, like the social sciences are still missing. The idea is to
work towards a specific proposal, but also to just establish a network
of scientists that want to use WikiData.
