[open-science] Wiki Overhaul

Hello All

I've been wiki gardening on http://wiki.okfn.org/Open_Science

Take a look, edit away and specifically add items to the 'Get Involved'
page whereby open science newcomers and enthusiasts can find activities to
get involved with.

These don't need to be specific to Open Knowledge - in fact we would love
this to a gateway where people can find out about lots of exciting
communities!
