Hi friends,

Hope you're all excellent. I'll cut to the chase, in 12 short hours voting
will shut on the chance to win £20,000 to support the development of new
features for the Open Access Button <http://openaccessbutton.org>. That's
money we really need, so we want to come out on top! The link to our
application is here:
http://elevator.jisc.ac.uk/e/2-startup-projects/idea/open-access-button and
it takes about 20 seconds to vote for us.

The application and video explains our plans in depth, but for tl:dr, we'd
like to build in a way to automatically email authors for their papers and
encourage them to deposit in Open Access repositories.

Thanks for your support in advance (and of course, retrospectively to all
those of you who've already supported us!).

Cheers all,

Joe

P.s Apologies for the shameless plug.
P.s.s If this is the first you've heard of us, and you're interested in
what we're doing, please get in touch!
