Hi Stacy,
that's an interesting document. I left some feedback, but think
sharing so late in the drafting process is far from optimal - it
limits the "work out loud" kind of productive interaction that you
describe.
>From the doc itself, it is also not clear where it is destined to be
submitted: I suppose some internal OSI process but could not find any
relevant information (e.g. a call for proposals) on the OSI website.
