[open-science] An attempt at reproducing published Jupyter notebooks

Dear all,

at #OpenDataDay, a group of us started to look at the reproducibility
of Jupyter notebooks published along with papers in PubMed Central.

While we did not get as far as we had hoped we would, the exercise has
provided some valuable insights about the mechanics of
reproducibility:
