[open-sustainability] [OpenSpending] [School-of-data] Data on energy subsidies?

I want to point out to the work of Doug Koplow at Earth Track -
http://earthtrack.net/about, who has been investigating for years the
impact of fossil fuels subsidies to the environment with the mission of
getting better information and more transparency.

Cc-ing Doug here.. he might be able to respond to more concrete questions
and share info on what data is available in this field.
