[Open-transport] Open Transport Stream - OKFestival

Hi Open-Transport Folk!

How do people feel about an Open-Transport Stream at OKFestival in
Helsinki? I think it would be great to pull people together and collect
ideas around best practice.

CFP will be out soon, but just gauging interest!
