At Bliksem Labs we are currently working on this. So basically we have a 
data integration platform based on transmodel. We have realtime integration 
of timetables to punctuality. And we will have GPS -> Punctuality in the 
very near future.

These things in a webinterface are basically everything you need to either 
run a transit agency or a transit information platform.

...and yes we are open ;)
