[openbiblio-dev] Hard-coded bibliographica.org references in openbiblio templates

FWIW Dept,

There are a couple of hard-coded references to bibliographica.org in  
the openbiblio templates.

1. openbiblio/templates/graph_fresnel.html

var default_lens = "http://bibliographica.org/lens/rdfs";
var base_uri = "http://bibliographica.org/resource/";

2. openbiblio/templates/graph_fetch.html

test_lens = "http://bibliographica.org/lens/owl";

(probably should be "http://bibliographica.org/lens/rdfs" as there  
doesn't appear to be an "owl" lens)

Assuming that these references are only encountered in the course of a  
request, should they be obtained from a setting in config.ini?

Could such a config setting also be used to provide a default graph uri?
