I totally agree and in fact will waites and I 2 weeks ago about the
fact that ordf + openbibliio is a bit of a challenge to get up and
running at the moment. We worked to put together a howto document

NB: While this focuses on openbiblio (bibliographica) codebase that
necessarily includes ordf (and ordf on its own isn't that useful since
it is just a library).
