[openbiblio-dev] BL RDF/XML converted to a more linkable form

Scripts to sample, convert, etc from almost out-of-the-box BL RDF/XML
are at https://bitbucket.org/okfn/jiscobib

(note, all BL rdfxml files require a global find and replace to change
'rdf:description' to 'rdf:Description' before doing anything. sed will
fix it quite quickly)

I've attached a few examples of the new RDF, with minted URIs to enable
matching and linking, semantically represented authoritive names, and
more.
