[openbiblio-dev] copy vs import of remote data

Ok, a first cut at this has been implemented, please do give
it a try. Documented here:

   http://packages.python.org/ordf/cmdline.html#cmdoption-ordf-e

once we've checked that this actually works as expected we'll
update the opnebiblio install instructions as well and remove 
the ontosrv.aliases feature from the config as it is made
redundant by this (and might even not work correctly with 
this proper change)
