It's very close. Collections are now working (expecting a post to this
list from Tatiana at any moment) the ability to make new entries is
difficult. As per Owen's comment it may make a lot of sense to provide
a way to integrate with Zotero so people can just update the shared
bibliography from their individual Zotero's ...
