[openbiblio-dev] Pubmed data: URI forms for journals

You probably know this already, but...

Googling at random I found the following
ftp://mirrors.vbi.vt.edu/ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pubmed/J_Sequence.txt

which provides mapping between identifiers:

and so on. The journal ID goes up to 39K though there aren't as many entries
and I doubt it's comprehensive.
