[openbiblio-dev] Some updates to bibserver

Just pushed some updates to bibserver, starting to get user side
customisations of layout working. See more info here:

I am at an event this weekend -

so will be doing a lot of showing people the code and the project, and
seeing what we can get done on it.

Will follow up next week with more updates re. the project work coming
up, and looking for some engagement on the usefulness of bibjson specs
- e.g. writing parsers that produce data that is similar, for easy
sharing.
