[openbiblio-dev] Bibliographic metadata sets

Yep, thedatahub is the first one on the list, i was trying to collect a
list of major bibliographic catalogues but i guess it's not necessary since
they're all in the data hub anyways  :)
Naomi, that spreadsheet is mainly about open access ressources rather than
open bibliographic metadata, isn't ?
