[openbiblio-dev] Cannot run bibserver

I noticed I had write permissions to the repo, maybe due to being in the
same org (Cottage Labs) as Mark, the original dev. I've merged the PRs.
I'll happily accept simple ones but to be honest have no idea about the
software itself, beyond having experience with Flask apps and apps that
were loosely based on bibserver later on.

I've added you Tom (I believe - GH user tfmorris).
