Hi everyone, this mailing list is still working? very interesting and appropriate topics!
My name is Andrés Múnera, I'm professor of the DESIS Lab at Universidad Pontificia Bolovariana in Medellín-Colombia, and also I'm interested in research bottom-up initiatives in the region area, and develop systems and methodologies were the social actors can generate solutions or improve conditions by them selves.
