[OpenDesign] Almost ready for starting the discussion

Hi everybody,
we are still working on preparing the information and tools for 
developing the Open Design definition, but we are almost ready and the 
discussion will start very soon! :)

Next week, if you can come to Manchester for Fab*, we will have a 
workshop about the Open Design Definition:

But as the definition will be developed collaboratively online, there is 
no problem if you cannot attend the workshop, as it is intended for 
facilitating the participation to the discussion and bring new people, 
and not for being the only place for developing the definition.
