[Open Design + Hardware] Propose a session for OKFestival 2014

Hi, all

That sounds fun. Is it possible that you can create a new pad or gdoc so I
can invite some Chinese Markers to contribute. I think it might be a good
way for them to start working with this working group then we can discuss
further how we might set up a local group in China
