It's that special time of year again -- open con attendance planning time!

Open Electronics has put together a handy list of their favourite Open
Hardware related cons in 2014 (including our favourite, the Open Knowledge

Also, the 13th Participatory Design conference takes place this year in
Namibia and promises to be quite interesting. Deadlines for papers start 28
