We at Centre for Internet and Society's Access To Knowledge (CIS-A2K) are
currently working with a library in India that houses over 70K old
Telugu-language books: http://goo.gl/g3OOdl

The digitized work will be hosted on Wikisouce and will be useful for
Wikipedia as source and citation.
