[Openlawindex] ECJ documents available through EUR-Lex Web services API

Greetings:

I had a question about the Open Law Index rating of access to documents of
the European Court of Justice. Today I learned that all of the ECJ data
that are in the EUR-Lex database are available through the EUR-Lex API,
which they call EUR-Lex Web services:
http://new.eur-lex.europa.eu/content/help/faq/reuse-contents-eurlex-details.html

Is access to ECJ documents through EUR-Lex Web services reflected in the
current Open Law Index rating for the ECJ?

Regards,

Robert Richards
