[opensourcepharma] rare disease startups and patient orgs

Some possible lessons to be learned from the rare disease field, or allies to be gained.   Some inapplicability too, as the approaches are quite different.

There was also that idea from Bellagio of the world's first open source pharma company.....with immutable affordable pricing structures baked in.
