[opensourcepharma] Greetings from Pete / Medicines Derived From Plants (Brazil)

Greetings to the Open Source Pharma List.I just arrived on this forum.  As a courtesy, I am offering a quick personal introduction.I am a scientist, currently living in California (USA).  My wife and I spend about 50%of our time each year in Brazil (my wife is a Brazilian).  Therefore we are active in studying the ecosystems in Brazil.   I do not know if OpenPharma is still looking at discovering plant-derivedmedicines, or if the approaches are focusing on synthetic drugs.  But we are one potential resource, if people are still interested in drug discoveriesfrom the natural world.  Best Wishes!
