[openspending-dev] [OpenSpending] Forgotten Password Option on Openspending Website

Hi John,

Just passing your email over to the openspending-dev list where
queries about the platform are currently being handled, I believe this
functionality was actually being built, so I'll poke the guys to see
how it is coming along!
