Looks like checkboxes are broken, as is navigation to individual
dimension widgets.

In openspending commit 5a5735c[...] you set the openspendingjs
submodule to ffd83cda[...], but in subsequent commit d801e2956[...]
you reset it to 7b333000[...]. Was this deliberate? I can imagine it's
trivial to do accidentally.
