[openspending-dev] Reboot at 12 GMT today

Hi both openspending mailing lists!

A serious bug was found in an important piece of software that manages
security on a lot of websites (OpenSSL). Consequently these websites are
updating this software to a new version.

We are going to require a reboot of our system to ensure that we are
using the latest version of this software to ensure the absolutely best
security we can.

We have scheduled in reboot at 12 GMT today (three hours from now).
