Would be interesting to see if they've gathered much data. Perhaps we
could get in touch and prepare something for WDMMG users?

Though (as I remember Liz saying) probably best to physically observe
people using the site (where their eyes go, mistakes, where they
navigate, how long things take, how they respond to certain questions,
what they try to click on and what they don't, etc.)...
