[wdmmg-discuss] Second stab at aggregator

I've just uploaded a new snapshot to http://store.wheredoesmymoneygo.org .

My changes are confined to the aggregator, which is documented here:

The principal changes so far are:

  - It now returns a time-series, not just a total.

  - It now supports filtering of results as requested by Dave Boyce for the 
bubble charts:

    - Filter by any key.

    - Include and exclude. (Exclude replaces the horrible "spender-key" 
mechanism).

    - Prefix search to support hierarchical keys.

  - Request parameters redesigned in anticipation of adding more verbs.

Dave, I hope this is what you expected. :-) See tickets for things not 
done yet.

There are a few other fixes too, and Rufus has added pretty graphs to the 
the database browser.
