[wdmmg-discuss] SDMX Example from the CRA

An example of one time series (== one entry from the  spreadsheet)
from the CRA, with some supporting information for discussion.
I'm thinking this will be the general shape of the data anyways.

Note that none of the purls involved resolve yet, but they will
later on today.

Jeni and Richard, maybe this is useful as examples to feed into the
SDMX docs.
