[wdmmg-discuss] RDF triplestore and SPARQL endpoint

http://semantic.ckan.net/ is now up and running, contains only
the government finances data, but could easily have the rest
of ckan metadata loaded in.

There are still some issues with the 4store bindings, particularly
a segfault that seems to happen randomly (resulting in blank
pages being returned sometimes, hrmmm)

But... The data is browseable and queriable, the modified
4store back-end is stable so far. The code for the pylons
front-end is in the wdmmg mercurial repository

Eventually the CKAN pages could use a
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rdf+xml" href="http://semantic.ckan.net/data/ukgov-finances-cra 
" title="RDF/XML Representation" />
In the header and it would be all properly linked up.
