Amazing work with getting ask.wheredoesmymoneygo.org up and running!

In terms of building up a community around this (which will be a key
part of making this a truly valuable ancillary service), suggest we:

  - invite UK government folks (HMT, OPSI, data.gov.uk), journalists,
researchers, NGOs, etc to join the site
  - create a 'community' page to list some key representatives from
these fields so users have a sense of the expertise behind the site
  - do a big announce (blog/tweet etc) -- and a press release if there
is widespread enough buy-in to make it newsworthy

Also -- very trivial thing -- but is it easy to customise
design/branding to give same visual identity with main WDMMG site?

Thayer: would data.gov.uk be up for helping with this? (E.g. helping
to get UK gov folks on board, blogging, etc.)
