[wdmmg-discuss] Improvements to http://coins.wheredoesmymoneygo.org interface

Just a quick note to say some improvements to
<http://coins.wheredoemymoneygo.org/> made over the weekend have now
been deployed:

1. Running off solr search (rather than mongodb hack) which means much
improved experience (speed, relevance, faceting, etc)

As an example you can do queries like this:

<http://coins.wheredoesmymoneygo.org/?q=consultancy+transport+budget_boundary%3ADEL+data_type%3Aplans+srcid%3Afact_table_extract_2009_10*>

Which says: search for consultancy and transport under DEL in Plans
for 2009-10 data.

NB: we've stripped all entries with zero values out of the database in
doing this. If people think this is a problem please say.

2. List of all programme objects with counts:
<http://coins.wheredoesmymoneygo.org/pog/>
  * We could also put in programme objects and account type

3. All 2008 and 2009 data in there. Note 2008 data is not yet fully
loaded into mongodb so clicking through on 2008 data won't work.
