[wdmmg-discuss] Dashboard release candidate

I've just posted an initial release candidate of the new dashboard to:

http://www.wheredoesmymoneygo.org/dashboard/

The main differences from the prototype are:

- data is being read almost entirely from the datastore (http://data.wheredoesmymoneygo.org/);
- the dashboard implements deep-linking, so URLs of specific views can be linked elsewhere;
- some of the graphs (eg, the bubble chart) have more dynamic behaviour.
