While trying to scrape the result of our POG Freedom of Information  
Act request, it's hard to avoid coming across mysterious descriptions.

Lisa, I know there is a crowdsourcing effort to clarify some of

Is there any place where we can mark particularly opaque ones and  
prioritise the work?

Page 85 of the OCR documents (http://www.archive.org/download/ 
PogAndPo_138/POG-to-PO.zip ) has a particularly fine set, starting  
with "P13 NOMS" (obviously the super sekrit cake budget):
