[wdmmg-discuss] Open Spending call for collaboration?

On the back of the Italian spending data stuff should we put out a
public call to ask people about doing Open Spending in their country?

E.g. Google form with something like:

  * Why do you think we should do Open Spending in your country?
  * Is there currently data available which we could use?
  * Would you be able to assist? If so how?
  * Do you know of any organisations, individuals, etc who could
partner with us to contribute to Open Spending in your country?
  * Who would Open Spending in your country be useful for?
  * Can you think of any other tools for analysing/exploring the data
that would be useful?
  * Country
  * Name
  * Email, URL, Twitter ID, etc

What do people think?
