Whats curious about this is that they used to report consortium
members but don't seem to do so any more. Might be a story...
Chris: I'm currently working on a more general recon client lib for
python and will have this ready soon & will apply it to the FTS then
(I have country names in there, so I can use the specific endpoints),
as for putting URLs into OpenSpending entities I need to fight with
our framework a bit. You might also like webstore which we've started
as a coop project between the CKAN and OS teams: its a RESTful CSV
store with nice syntax which will give us good, permanent URLs for
formerly messy tabular data, e.g.
webstore.ckan.net/db/openspending/fts-2010/row/2173.csv - this should
make provenance a lot simpler, even if it not the actual source data
but our cleaned master.
