[wdmmg-discuss] Renaming mailing lists to openspending-dev and openspending-discuss

Hi All,

Given the metamorphosis of where does my money go into OpenSpending
should we do a rename of the mailing lists (and possibly of our code
repos). I think it is probably a bit confusing for people coming new
to this set up to find wdmmg all over the place rather than
openspending.

What do people think?
