Friedrich: here´s the Data-set without subtotal rows in the third level "Porcentaje por programa".
I eliminated the "Percentage" column that was calculated as a Fn of the subtotals and left the absolute values in the rows.
I left the coloured rows but they´re empty, feel free to erase them.
Ready for your feedback and next steps!

These are aggregate values derived from the first sheet, no?
