[wdmmg-discuss] Update: OpenSpending

Dear Jose,

Just to update you with the progress of OpenSpending. We are now
trialling a 'sandbox' to test out people's data before it goes into
the main OpenSpending database.

Would you be interested in trialling out the sandbox and our
documentation with Mexico's data? Myself and Martin Keegan, who has
joined the team, would be available to guide you through the process.
Could we perhaps arrange a time to work on your data at some point in
the next two weeks or so?
