Hi Linda,

There's no rush, but would be great if you could help out with
Latvian! If you can create yourself an account and drop me an email
with the username, I'll get you added and you can translate at your
leisure!

Thanks for all the offers of help so far, it will be really exciting
to see OpenSpending in so many different languages!
