[OpenSpending] openspending Digest, Vol 28, Issue 7

Hi Lucy,

One topic that might be interesting to add to this stream is entity
identification/corporate identifiers. This had its own satellite event last
year, and if it isn't already part of another stream, I think it makes
sense to include in this one. Linking entities across spending datasets is
problem that's going to be more necessary to solve as we aggregate more and
more spending data
